At Hilton Aesthetics, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If an eligible item is not suitable, you may request a return, refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Item must be unworn, unused and unwashed
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Item must not be damaged, stained or altered
• Order number or proof of purchase must be provided

All returned items are inspected before approval.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product-condition reasons:

• Bags and accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
• Used, washed, damaged or altered items will not be accepted

Sale Items

Sale and promotional items are not eligible for return or refund.

A size exchange may be requested if:

• The item meets our exchange conditions
• The required size is available

If the required size is unavailable, another eligible product may be selected and any applicable price difference will apply.

Exchange Charges

A PKR 300 exchange handling and delivery charge applies to approved customer-requested exchanges.

Customers are responsible for applicable return shipping costs for size changes, preference changes or other customer-requested returns or exchanges.

Any additional product price difference will be communicated before processing.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days after the returned item has been received and verified.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

• Order number
• Details of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product

Once verified, our team will provide the appropriate replacement, exchange or refund solution.

Where the issue is caused by an incorrect, damaged or defective item supplied by Hilton Aesthetics, applicable return or replacement shipping charges will be handled by us.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Before sending any item back, please contact our customer service team and provide:

• Product name
• Reason for return or exchange
• Required size or replacement item
• Product photographs, if requested

Please do not send any parcel before receiving return instructions from our team.
