Returns & Exchange Policy | Hilton Aesthetics 

At Hilton Aesthetics, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If an eligible item does not work out as expected, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Exchange Eligibility

We accept eligible items for exchange when the following conditions are met:

• The exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery.
• The item is unworn, unwashed and unused.
• The item has not been altered or damaged.
• Original tags and packaging are intact.
• The item is returned in a condition suitable for inspection and resale.
• Proof of purchase or the relevant order number is provided.

All returned items are inspected after they are received by our team.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene, product-condition and category-specific reasons, bags and accessories are not eligible for return, refund or exchange, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Items that do not meet our return-condition requirements may also be refused.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or promotion are not eligible for return or refund.

A size exchange may be requested for a sale item, subject to stock availability and the item meeting the eligibility requirements above.

If the required size is unavailable, you may request another available eligible product and pay any applicable price difference.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, contact our customer service team and provide:

• Order number
• Reason for exchange
• Product and size required in exchange
• Photograph of the received item, where requested

Please do not send a return or exchange parcel before receiving instructions from our customer service team.

Exchange Charges

A PKR 300 replacement/exchange charge applies to approved exchanges.

Any additional charges resulting from a product-price difference will also be communicated before the replacement is processed.

Refunds

Eligible items returned for a refund must be:

• Unworn
• Unused
• Unwashed
• In their original condition
• Returned with original packaging and tags

If an item is returned worn, damaged, altered or otherwise unsuitable for resale, Hilton Aesthetics may be unable to approve the refund.

How to Request a Refund

Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to request a refund.

After the returned item reaches our team, it will be inspected. If the return is approved, our representative will contact you regarding the information required to process the refund.

Approved refunds may take up to 7 days after the returned item is received and verified.

Shipping Charges

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

If you return your complete order, the original shipping cost will not be included in the refund.

The return parcel remains the customer's responsibility until it has been successfully received by Hilton Aesthetics.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, contact our customer service team as soon as possible and provide your order details and clear photographs of the item.

We will review the issue and advise you on the appropriate next steps.
